We will accept full  price returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving the item:

  

• It is the customer's responsibility to pay all return shipping costs.

• All jewelry must be returned in their original packaging.

• We will not accept loose jewelry in white letter envelopes, you can use the bubble envelopes etc.

• All return and exchange requests must be submitted by email within 10 days of item arrival.
